REGISTRATION – EPA Rules of Origin procedures seminars: Tokyo (4 February 2020) and Osaka (6 February 2020)

The following event information reached us though the European Business Council (EBC):
The Delegation of the European Union to Japan,
The Japan Association for Simplification of International Trade Procedures (JASTPRO),
The Japan Tariff Association (JTA), and
The Japan Customs Brokers Association (JCBA)
are organising two seminars on the Rules of Origin procedures under the EU-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (programme attached).
The seminars are going to take place:
- Tokyo
Date: 4 February 2020, from 13:00 (registration from 12:00) until 16:30 (networking cocktail from 17:00 until 18:30)
Venue: CIVI Convention Centre at Nihombashi 6th Floor (N6HALL)
Quatro Muromachi Building 4-6F, Nihombashi-Muromachi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
Access: JR Yamanote line “Kanda” 3 minutes’ walk
Metro Ginza line/Hanzomon line “Mitsukoshi-mae” 2 minutes’ walk

- Osaka
Date: 6 February 2020, from 13:00 (registration from 12:00) until 16:30
Venue: CIVI Convention Centre Shin-Osaka-Higashi 7th Floor (E705)
Shin-Osaka NLC Building, Higashi Nakashima 1-19-4, Higashi Yodogawa-ku, Osaka-shi
Access: JR “Shin-Osaka” East Exit 1 minute walk,

Selected questions will be answered by the experts at the seminars (Q&A Session I).
