BLCCJ BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

Thank you to everyone who joined our Annual General Meeting on 14 December at the BNP Paribas office.

We are happy to announce that at the AGM a new Board of Directors has been elected for 2024-2025. 
10 current Directors have been re-elected, and will be joined by Maxim Luxen (Port Cities Japan), Sandrine Monette (freelance) and Laurent Swinnen (IPPO), for a total of 13 people.
Their term of office is from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2025.
Congratulations to all of them!

At the same time we say goodbye and above all a big THANK YOU to Directors Jan De Bock and Laurent Depus for all their work on the Board. They both decided to step down as they took on other professional challenges. But they remain members, so we look forward to seeing them again at our events.

Amongst themselves they will appoint a President, one or two Vice Presidents, a Treasurer and a Secretary General by the end of the year. We will inform you of the result in due time.

Shinnenkai beer gathering: Monday 15 January, from 19:00 @ BBC Antwerp Port

Luncheon with the BelExpo team: Friday 19 January, 12:00-14:00 @ Le Rire

New Year party 2024: Tuesday 6 February, 18:30-22:00 @ Le Petit Tonneau Toranomon

8th Inter-Chamber Winter Networking: weekend of 17 February @ Okushiga Kogen, Nagano (the Austrian Chamber is taking the lead, BLCCJ is supporting the event)

-BLCCJ is a supporter of the Smart Manufacturing Summit 2024: 13-15 March @ Aichi Sky Expo

MEMBER NEWS:

-At the beginning of 2024 we will welcome new Platinum Flagship member Nippon Solvay (represented by Mr. Masayuki Honda) to our BLCCJ network.

We also welcome as new individual members Kazumasa Imoto (Solvay), Daniel Kwinter (Supa Ninki) and Greg Van Passel (L’abreuvoir).

We look forward to introducing them to you soon!

-BLCCJ corporate member Aqua Plannet, the company behind the Belgian Brasserie Court cafes, is looking for staff for their beer cafes.
